A meeting of the Board of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice was held on October 4, 2021

A meeting of the Board of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus took place on October 4, 2021 to examine the preparation of the state archival institutions for the autumn-winter period of 2021/2022.

The Board noted that the state archival institutions have provided proper preparation for the autumn-winter period of 2021/2022.

Based on the results of spring and autumn technical inspections of buildings, analysis of the functioning of the systems in the past autumn-winter period, as well as the relevant administrative documents, plans and organizational-technical measures for the upcoming autumn-winter season have been developed.

All the necessary work was carried out in accordance with Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 19, 2021 No 351 “On preparation for work in the autumn-winter period 2021/2022” and the requirements of the Rules for preparing organizations for the heating season, its implementation and completion, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2020 No 286 and the Heat Supply Rules approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2019 No 609.

The Board also discussed topical issues in the activity of state archival institutions related to information security, strengthening of labour and executive discipline, organization of work in the conditions of COVID-19 pandemic.
