On September 22, 2021, a joint meeting of the boards of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Federal Archival Agency (Russian Federation) was held in Mogilev.

The delegation of archivists of the Republic of Belarus was headed by Victor Kourash, Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice, and the delegation of Russian archivists was headed by Andrey Artizov, Head of the Federal Archival Agency.

The joint board discussed the issue “On extra-budgetary activities of state archival institutions of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation”.
