Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management Victor Kourash met with Head of the National Archives of Malta Charles Farrugia

On 28 May 2019 the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus hosted a meeting of the Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Justice Ministry of the Republic of Belarus Victor Kourash with the Chairman of the European Branch of the International Council on Archives (EURBICA), Head of the National Archives of Malta Charles Farrugia and the President of the National Archives Council of Malta, Prof. William Zammit (Head of Department of Library Information and Archive Sciences, Faculty of Media and Knowledge Sciences, University of Malta).

Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus Andrey Demyanyuk and Deputy Director of the National Archives Elena Stukanova took part at the meeting.

The meeting discussed the issues of international cooperation between the two countries and work with electronic records. Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management Victor Kourash told about the system of archival institutions in the Republic of Belarus. Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus Andrey Demyanyuk acquainted the guests with the holdings of the National Archives.
