Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management V. Adamushko participated in the meeting of heads of archival services of Belarus, Lithuania, Poland

Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Justice Ministry V. Adamushko participated in the meeting of the heads of archival services of Belarus, Lithuania and Poland held on 2-4 December 2015 in Vilnius.

The meeting discussed the issues of cooperation between the archival institutions of Belarus, Lithuania and Poland. Special attention was put on the celebrations of the 250th anniversary of the birth of M. Oginsky and the cooperation in safeguarding the world documentary heritage as part of the UNESCO Memory of the World Programme.

The meeting participants visited the Kaunas and Siauliai archives to learn the experience of the Lithuanian colleagues.
