Screening of the film «Independence Day: Chronicles of Belarusian Statehood» at the Zonal State Archives in Kobrin

On September 1, 2026, Yulia Zakirova, Director of the Zonal State Archives in Kobrin, took part in a ceremonial assembly dedicated to Knowledge Day at Secondary School No.1 in Kobrin.

In her speech, Yulia Zakirova congratulated the students and teachers on the start of the school year, wishing them productive work and outstanding achievements.

Following the official part of the ceremony, during a knowledge lesson for students in grades 9-11, the archive director organized a screening of the documentary «Independence Day: Chronicles of Belarusian Statehood», produced by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents. The film generated great interest among those present.
