Seminars on «Conducting Scientific and Technical Document Processing. File Registration in Accordance with the File Nomenclature. File Transfer to the Institution’s Archives and for Permanent Storage at the State Archives in Orsha»

On June 11-12, 2026, as part of International Archives Week, Natalia Kotlovskaya, a first-category archivist in the N.A.Kornachenko Orsha State College of Food Science and the Orsha State Agrarian College, conducted seminars on «Conducting Scientific and Technical Document Processing. File Registration in Accordance with the File Nomenclature. File Transfer to the Institution’s Archives and for Permanent Storage at the State Archives in Orsha».

Educational institution employees learned about the procedures for file registration in departments and subdivisions of institutions, the procedure for transferring files to the institution’s archives, and the procedure for permanent storage at the state archive. In the final part of the seminars, an archival specialist answered questions regarding archival operations, recordkeeping, and file nomenclature compilation.
