Seminar «Nomenclature of Village Executive Committee Files» at the Rechitsa State Archives

On June 4, 2026, a seminar on «Nomenclature of Village Executive Committee Files» was held at the Zonal State Archives in Rechitsa by staff from the Department of Organizational Archives, Acquisition, and Records Management. Participants included Lyudmila Nikolaevna Rudchenko, Chairperson of the Khoiniki District Council of Deputies; Lyudmila Sergeyevna Grigorieva, Chief Specialist of the Khoiniki District Council; and the chairpersons and office managers of village councils in the Khoiniki District.

The seminar addressed the following topics: changes to legislation on compiling the nomenclature of files; the operation of the village executive committee archives; the concept and regulations of the expert commission; and the procedure for completing the village executive committee passport. Presentations on these issues were given by staff members of the Department of Work with Organizational Archives, Acquisition, and Records Management: Irina Viktorovna Komar, Galina Sergeevna Zhandarova, Victoria Leonidovna Suvorova, and Tatyana Ivanovna Koshevenko.
