A ceremonial meeting of the staff of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus dedicated to the 99th anniversary of the archive’s founding
On May 28, 2026, a ceremonial meeting of the staff was held at the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter NARB) to mark the 99th anniversary of the archive’s founding. NARB Director A.K.Demyanyuk congratulated the staff on the archive’s anniversary, thanked them for their productive work, and expressed confidence that the archive will continue to develop and fulfill all its mandated tasks.
NARB Deputy Director S.V.Kulinok noted the high professionalism of the archive’s staff and their human qualities. He also presented the staff with the emblem and slogan developed for the NARB’s 100th anniversary.
On this celebratory day, NARB employees were awarded the archive’s awards. Leading archivists in the Planning and Methodological Work Sector of the Scientific and Technical Document Processing Department, A.A.Malkevich and D.A.Malkevich, were recognized with NARB commendations for their conscientious work and active participation in the life of the archive.
P.A.Golubeva, archivist in the Document Digitization Sector of the Automated Archival Technologies Department, was recognized with NARB commendations for her active participation in the preparation of the video «Al-History: Dedicated to the Women of the Great Victory». Archivist G.I.Boksha and Deputy Director S.V.Kulinok were awarded NARB Certificates of Honor for their conscientious work and active participation in the life of the archive.
Deputy Head of the Scientific and Technical Document Processing Department N.V.Isaychuk and Deputy Head of the Document and Information Utilization Department M.P.Begun were awarded «For Merit» badges for their conscientious work, high professionalism, and active participation in the archive’s social life, as well as in connection with their 20th anniversary at NARB.
On this special day, a documentary exhibition, «Keepers of Time: Women in the History of Archives», was also presented to NARB employees.
