Screenings of the documentaries «Chernobyl: Chronicles of a Tragedy» and «Hero Fortress» at the Zonal State Archives in Lida

From May 7 to 11, 2026, staff at the Zonal State Archives in Lida held screenings of the documentaries «Chernobyl: Chronicles of a Tragedy» and «Hero Fortress», produced by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents with the support of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus. The screenings, accompanied by thematic lectures, were held in the assembly halls of secondary schools Nos. 1, 4, 10, 11, and 14 for students in grades 5-11, and in the reading room of the state archive for 11th-grade students of Secondary School No.15, archival staff, and their families.
