Seminar for Archives Staff of the Lida District Executive Committee’s Structural Units
On April 8, 2026, S.G.Svirko, Director of the Zonal State Archives in Lida, held a seminar at the archive for staff responsible for the archives of the Lida District Executive Committee’s structural units, which are the sources of the archive’s acquisitions. The seminar focused on issues of aligning archives and records management with the requirements of the Republic of Belarus, creating electronic documents and compiling electronic files, conducting scientific and technical processing of documents, and eliminating the backlog of permanently stored documents with expired temporary storage periods accepted by the Zonal State Archives in Lida. Following the seminar, A.Yu.Lavrukevich, Head of the Records Management, Formation of the National Archive File, and Document Management Department, provided individual consultations.
