On March 23, 2026, Sergei Miklashevich, Director of the State Archives of the Grodno Region, participated in the roundtable discussion «Finding the Unknown Soldier: The Search for Unknown Heroes Who Died in the Battles for the Grodno Region During the Great Patriotic War». The event was organized by the E.F.Karsky Grodno Regional Scientific Library and the Grodno City Organization of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans.

Sergei Iosifovich presented archival documents containing materials on the events and participants of the Great Patriotic War, and also discussed the specifics of submitting archival requests and the process of independently working with archival materials to find the information you need.
