On the participation of young specialists from the State Archives of the Gomel Region in the educational project «Uni-SMART»
On October 30, 2025, Victoria Rudenko, a young specialist in the Document Records and Security Department of the State Archives of the Gomel Region, took part in the fourth intake of students for the educational project «Uni-SMART».
The training is part of the Young Leaders School under the auspices of the regional organization «Belaya Rus». The educational project aims to develop active citizenship and leadership skills among young people in the Gomel Region.
The workshop began at the F. Skorina Gomel State University. Over the course of nine months, university faculty and invited experts will introduce the students to the fundamentals of the Belarusian state ideology, work on social media, and teach them public speaking and self-presentation skills.
Natalia Mamrukova, Deputy Chair of the Belaya Rus public association and creator of the Uni-SMART project, addressed the audience on the need to promote healthy social values, patriotism, and responsibility for the future of their country among young people.
«Our participants plan to use the knowledge they gain to create and implement their own projects in their region», said Natalia Mamrukova.
At the end of the course, each participant will present their own socially significant project and receive a certificate of completion.
