ABOUT PARTICIPATION IN THE REPUBLICAN INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGN «STEP TO SUCCESS»

On July 15, 2025, within the framework of the republican information and educational campaign «Step to Success», the director of the institution «Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archival Affairs» A.E.Rybakov met with the pupils of the children’s health camp «Dream» of the Volozhin district of the Minsk region.

During the meeting, A.E.Rybakov spoke about his life path, development in the profession, and the successes achieved. The emphasis was placed on the fact that the main criterion for a person’s success is his public recognition, which is achieved through determination and hard work, regardless of the chosen profession and field of activity. During the conversation, A.E. Rybakov spoke about the work of the Archival Service of the Republic of Belarus aimed at preserving the documentary heritage of the Belarusian people, exhibitions, presentations, and other events held by archival institutions, including those implemented within the framework of the Archives to School project.

Separately, A.E.Rybakov focused on the current scientific and practical tasks caused by the digital transformation of society, which document scientists and archivists are working on today.

The meeting was held in a dialogue mode, the students were able to ask questions of interest to them, express their own opinions and judgments.

The event ended with a collective viewing of the film «The History of the Great Victory», dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War and prepared by the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents».
