Events dedicated to the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People in the Zonal State Archive in Lida

On June 20, 2024, the Director of the Archive S.G.Svirko held a single information day at the institution «Zonal State Archive in Lida» dedicated to the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People. The opening of the documentary exhibition «Not Subject to Oblivion» also took place. The exhibition presents documents from the fund «Collection of digital copies as originals of documents of the Extraordinary State Commission for the Establishment and Investigation of the Crimes of the Nazi Invaders and Their Accomplices and the Damage Caused by Them to Citizens, Collective Farms (Kolkhozes), Public Organizations, State Enterprises and Institutions of the USSR (ChGK) in the city of Lida, Voronovsky, Ivyevsky, Ostrovetsky, Oshmyany, Smorgonsky, Yuratishkovsky Districts of the BSSR, transferred from the State Archives of the Russian Federation».

Employees of the institution «Zonal State Archive in the city of Lida» laid flowers at the mass grave of Soviet soldiers in the park of the city of Lida.
