Gomel regional archives on air on regional radio «Gomel Plus» of the information program «Open Studio»

As part of the events dedicated to the International Archives Week, the director of the institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Gomel Region» Zhineva Irina Vladimirovna and the director of the institution «State Archive of the Gomel Region» Shestopalov Yuri Vasilyevich took part in a live broadcast of the regional radio «Gomel Plus» of the information program «Open Studio».

On air, the heads of state archives told listeners about the history of the holiday, the main areas of activity of archives, the most valuable collections and documents, the projects in which archives participate, and also discussed the importance of archives as keepers of historical memory and their significance for society.

In conclusion of the radio broadcast, the heads of archives wished all colleagues good health, creative initiatives and professional achievements, optimism and a good mood!
