The State Archives of the Vitebsk Region were visited by junior schoolchildren of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.42 of Vitebsk named after D.F.Raitsev» as part of the «Archives for School» campaign

On June 3, 2025, an event for junior schoolchildren – participants of the school camp of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.42 of Vitebsk named after D.F.Raitsev» was held at the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region as part of the «Archives for School» campaign.

The children learned how archives differ from libraries, how many years archival documents are stored, watched documentary films prepared by the BGAKFFD, visited the restoration workshop and the archive storage facility.
