On the screening of the documentary film «The History of the Great Victory» at Secondary School No.24 in Mogilev by the institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region»

On April 23, 2025, on the eve of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, an employee of the institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region» held a film lecture with a screening of the documentary film «The History of the Great Victory» at Secondary School No.24 in Mogilev for students in grades 7-8.

The documentary film «The History of the Great Victory» was created by the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents» with the support of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.

The film is based on chronicle-documentary materials and is dedicated to the heroic feat of the Soviet people. The film shows the main stages of the Great Patriotic War: the attack of Nazi Germany, the defense of the Brest Fortress, the Battle of Moscow, Operation Bagration, the «rail war», military operations in East Prussia, the Battle of Berlin.
