Seminar and film lecture for trade union leaders

On April 8, 2025, a training seminar for the Primary Trade Union Organizations of the Pinsk City Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers was held at the Brest Regional Center for Innovation and Technical Creativity. In total, 63 primary trade union leaders took part in the seminar. The topic of the seminar was: «Office work in primary trade union organizations. Transfer of documents to the archive». Elena Ivanovna Gutorova, an employee of the Zonal State Archive in Pinsk, an archivist of the 1st qualification category of the office work and formation department of the National Archival Fund, was invited to the seminar. She spoke about the key points in compiling a nomenclature of cases, compiling case inventories, and drawing up protocols. The seminar became an excellent platform for exchanging experiences and gaining new knowledge.

After the seminar, a film lecture was held. The participants of the seminar were shown the film «On the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of Brest from the Nazi Invaders», prepared by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents.
