International Women’s Day (March 8) is celebrated all over the world. On this day, women’s achievements are celebrated regardless of national borders or ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic and political differences.

March 8 is the first spring holiday. Every woman dreams of receiving congratulations on this day. The holiday always heralds something new, interesting, fresh and, of course, beautiful. This holiday gives men another chance to express admiration for women and give them a «compliment».

The men of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region were no exception.
