«85 years of history and development». GAOOGO presents a virtual exhibition for the 85th anniversary of the archive

March 3, 2025 marks 85 years since the establishment of the institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Gomel Region».

In connection with this significant anniversary, the archive of public associations of the Gomel region presents a virtual exhibition of archival documents and photographs «85 years of history and development».

The exhibition presents documents and photographs reflecting the process of birth, formation and development of the archive of public associations of the Gomel region.

Over 85 years, the archive has overcome many difficulties and won many victories, but the most important task facing the archive was and remains to preserve the historical and cultural heritage of the Gomel region, to strengthen the connection between the past, present and future.
