The State Archives in Glubokoe continued classes with the Young Archivist group

On November 23, 2024, the State Archives in Glubokoe continued classes with the Young Archivist group of the state educational institution Secondary School No.2 in Glubokoe.

This time, the topic for the lesson was «Scientific and technical processing of documents». Leading archivist of the State Archives Alina Cheslavovna Yurgel told the children about the process of document processing, the principles by which the examination of value is carried out, the rules for filing and designing case covers.

The students participated in the practical lesson with great interest. They were asked to systematize the documents in the cases themselves, file, number and design the case covers.
