On November 19, 2024, a training seminar on the topic was held in BelNIIDAD: «Compilation and registration of business nomenclatures of organizations, sample and standard business nomenclatures»

Representatives of clerical and archival services of state bodies and other organizations, a total of 32 people, took part in the seminar as listeners. Lectures from BelNIIDAD were delivered by the director of the Institute, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor A.E.Rybakov, leading researcher of the Department of Documentation, Candidate of Historical Sciences E.P.Dernovich, senior researcher of the Department of Documentation L.M.Tsymbal.

The following issues were considered at the seminar:

regulatory regulation of the compilation of business nomenclatures of organizations, sample and standard business nomenclatures;

purpose, types and functions of case nomenclatures;

carrying out preparatory work on the compilation of the nomenclature of the organization’s affairs;
the procedure for drawing up, approving, signing and approving the nomenclature of cases of a structural unit and the nomenclature of cases of an organization;

compilation and systematization of case headings in the nomenclature of the organization’s cases;
peculiarities of including electronic and hybrid cases in the nomenclature of cases;

the purpose, procedure and features of the compilation and design of approximate and standard nomenclatures of cases.

At the end of the seminar, students were awarded certificates of training of the established sample.

The seminar participants highly appreciated the level of the event, stressed the importance and relevance of the issues discussed, and expressed gratitude to the organizers and lecturers.

Seminars and other training events organized by BelNIIDAD in the framework of fulfilling the instructions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus to clarify the norms of legislation in the field of archival affairs and records management will continue.
