On the working visit of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management O.L. Voinov to the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno

On September 25, 2024, the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management O.L. Voinov made a working visit to the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno.

During the visit, O.L. Voinov visited three archive storage facilities, a laboratory for special processing of archival documents, a room for digitizing archival documents, discussed the specifics and conditions of work with the archive staff, and with the Deputy Director O.B. Olesyuk and the heads of the archive departments – about the fulfillment of the main performance indicators of the archive for 2024.

At the end of the visit, a meeting with the workforce was held, where the Director of the Department positively assessed the work of the archivists, and also set specific tasks for the future activities of the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno.

1. Visit to the NIAB archive storage facility in Grodno by the Director of the Department O.L. Voinov. together with the Deputy Director of the archive Olesyuk O.B. and the Head of the Department for Preservation of Documents Pleshachkova E.A.

2. Visit by the Director of the Department Voinov O.L. to the room for digitizing archival documents of the NIAB in Grodno.
