On September 12, 2024, the head of the documentation department of the Belarusian Research Institute of Document Science and Archival Affairs E.V. Shumskaya spoke at a seminar for the heads of HR departments of RUE Minskenergo

As part of the industry seminar for the heads of HR departments of RUE Minskenergo, the head of the documentation department of the Belarusian Research Institute of Document Science and Archival Affairs E.V. Shumskaya gave a lecture-presentation on the topic «Changes in the procedure for working with personal files of employees in light of the new Instruction on the procedure for forming, maintaining and storing personal files of employees» (approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated May 23, 2024, No. 29).

The seminar discussed issues of regulatory framework for working with personal files of employees; the composition of personal file documents; certification of copies of documents included in the personal file; accounting and operational storage of personal files; preparation of personal files for transfer to the organization’s archive, as well as other issues of applying the norms of Instruction No. 29 in the practical activities of organizations.

After the presentation, E.V. Shumskaya answered questions from the participants, who noted the high level of the training event and expressed gratitude to its organizers.
