Excursion from BGAMLI for teachers of Russian language and literature from the State Educational Institution «Minsk Regional Institute for Educational Development»

On June 11, 2024, the leading archivist of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art Ksenia Viktorovna Tsynkevich conducted an excursion for teachers of the Russian language and literature as part of advanced training at the Minsk Regional Institute for Educational Development.

The excursion participants learned about the history of the building and the modern functions of the archive-museum, and also learned about the valuable collections of documents, paintings and other museum objects.

During the excursion, the museum archive worker focused the listeners’ attention on the methods of working with archival sources and researching literary works. Teachers also had the opportunity to ask questions and were able to discuss current issues in the field of literature and art.

The excursion took place in a friendly and creative atmosphere, which contributed to the effective exchange of experience and acquisition of new knowledge. The participants expressed gratitude for the interesting and educational pastime and expressed hope for further cooperation with the archive-museum.
