Visit of our colleagues from the Central State Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For many years, there has been close cooperation in the field of archival affairs between archivists of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since May 20, 2024, employees of the Central State Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been working in the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus. The work was carried out with the archival fund «Belarusian Headquarters of the Partisan Movement» (BSPD). Work on studying the participation of Kazakhstanis in hostilities as part of partisan detachments of Belarus during the Great Patriotic War has been carried out by Kazakh archivists since 2011. During the current visit, issues of completing the scientific project and publishing the album were discussed. In memory of the meeting, the director of the National Archives A.K.Demyanuk presented the archivists of Kazakhstan with the book «Archives. Nothing but the truth».
