On holding a round table with organizations-sources of staffing the institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region»

As part of the celebration of the International Week of Archives, the leading archivist of the department of information, publication, use of documents and the formation of the NAF institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region» Sakovich Anna Sergeevna held a round table on June 7, 2024 on the basis of the educational institution «Mogilev State Regional Institute for Educational Development» full-time employees and members of city and district organizations of the Public Association «Belarusian Republican Youth Union» on the following issues:

study of the state of office work in organizations that source recruitment;

a new edition of the instructions for office work in acquisition source organizations;

providing methodological assistance on the correct formation and registration of files for permanent storage, temporary (up to 10 years) and for personnel;

practical skills in filing documents for transfer to permanent storage in the archive.

Also during the round table, the film «Liberation and Revival of the Mogilev Region» was shown.
