Action «Archives for School» in the institution «Zonal State Archive in Lida»

On 06/05/2024, the institution «Zonal State Archive in Lida» was visited by 4th grade students of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No. 8 of Lida named after V.F. Kazakov», attending a summer school camp. A lesson in patriotic education was held for students on the topic «Dedicated to the liberating heroes…», and a sightseeing tour of the archive was organized with a visit to exhibitions.

As part of the implementation of the project «Open Film Archive. We brought this day closer as best we could,» a screening of the documentary film «Liberation of the Grodno Region», prepared by BGAKFFD and dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Republic of Belarus from the Nazi invaders and the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, was organized for students. The head of the department, Anna Yuryevna Lavrukevich, spoke to the students before the start of the film screening.
