Filming of a national film by the film studio «Belarusfilm» on the basis of documents from funds of personal origin of BGAMLI

On April 12, 2024, in the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art, the Republican Unitary Enterprise «National Film Studio «Belarusfilm», commissioned by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, began filming a national film in non-fiction form «The Trust That Didn’t Burst» about the formation of Belarusian cinema before 1945. (dir. Yu. Timofeev).

The creation of this film will immortalize important moments of the period before 1945 and will tell about significant figures who contributed to the development of national cinema, and will form patriotic feelings among the Belarusian audience.
