On April 12, 2024, a meeting of the labor collective was held at the National Historical Archive of Belarus in Grodno to conduct explanatory work on compliance with fire safety rules in workplaces, living conditions and in nature.

An explanatory conversation was held with the archive staff on compliance with fire safety rules in the institution and at home, the use of primary fire extinguishing agents, and compliance with basic actions during evacuation. Several videos on the topic of the meeting were also shown to employees.
