IX Conference «Protection Technologies and Information Security of Organizations» (IT Security Conference-2024)

On March 27-28, the IX conference «Protection Technologies and Information Security of Organizations» (IT Security Conference-2024) was held at the President Hotel. Representatives of the Operational Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Investigative Committee, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Communications and Information, the National Center for Personal Data Protection, the National Center for Electronic Services of the Republic of Belarus, the Republican Unitary Enterprise «National Traffic Exchange Center», Belarusian banks, mobile operators, IT companies, government agencies.

The conference participants discussed issues of legal regulation in the field of information security and shared their experience in implementing the latest developments.

Workers from the Department of Automated Archival Technologies of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (NARB) took part in the conference. Particular attention of NARB representatives was drawn to the discussion of issues of personal data protection and certification of information security means in government agencies.

The event was structured in the format of an open dialogue, which allowed participants to work through individual issues and further directions for improving the implementation of modern information and communication technologies in various fields of activity.
