On March 15, 2024, employees of the institution «State Archives of the Vitebsk Region» took part in a gala event that opened the motor rally «For a United Belarus» dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus

The event began at the military burial ground on Titov Street. The action «Let’s sing the anthem together» took place here. After the rally and laying flowers, the convoy drove through the streets of Vitebsk. Her path passed through facilities that were built and opened under the auspices of the head of state. Among them are the connecting Titov Street and Cosmonaut Street, the Polotsk overpass, the Ice Palace, the Trampoline Center, the Vitebsk City Clinical Emergency Hospital, the Summer Amphitheater – the main venue of the international arts festival «Slavic Bazaar».

Also during the day, a demonstration of the film «30 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus», prepared by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, the Department of Archives and Records Management, BGAKFFD, was organized for archive workers and visitors to the reading rooms.
