Excursion for preschoolers to the zonal state archive in Kobrin

On February 16, 2024, in the Year of Quality and as part of the «Archives for School» campaign, pupils of kindergarten No. 2 in Kobrin visited the Zonal state archive in Kobrin.

During a sightseeing tour of the archive and archival repository, preschoolers became acquainted with the main types of work. We learned about optimal conditions for storing documents. We got acquainted with the exhibitions on display in the archive.

In the reading room, the children were shown a video lesson «Filing files using an archival-binding machine», thanks to which the students got an idea of how documents are filed.

At the end of the meeting, the children solved all the riddles and received memorable prizes.
