About participation in the event as part of the republican action «Archives to School»

On February 17, 2024, as part of the sixth school day, together with the October students, activists of the PA «Belarusian Republican Youth Union» and the PA «BRPO» of the state educational institution «Secondary School No.12 in Molodechno», employees of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Molodechno» took part at an event dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan. This event was attended by the guest of honor – Prokhorchik Alexander Vitalievich, who spoke to the students and spoke about the 30 months of his life that he spent in the war in Afghanistan, for which he was awarded the Order of the Red Star. After his speech, the archive staff showed everyone present the presentation «Afghanistan. On demand..»., which was prepared based on documents and materials from the zonal state archive.
