About conducting an excursion for 10th grade students of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.21 of Mogilev»

On November 2, 2023, 10th grade students of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.21 of Mogilev» visited the institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region».

In the foyer of the archive, excursion participants were able to see exhibitions dedicated to the October Revolution, the defense of the city of Mogilev, the partisan movement, the genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War, and the history of the party archive. Among them are archival documents, photographs, albums, periodicals, and books.

The archivists told the schoolchildren about the archival documents presented at the exhibition, the history of the party archive and the main directions of the archive’s activities.

The guys also visited the storage of archival documents, where they got acquainted with the storage of paper rarities and with a museum exhibition on the history of the party archive.
