Archivists at school again

On October 18, 2023, within the framework of the “Archives – School” campaign, the information and educational project “School of an Active Citizen” and the Year of Peace and Creation, specialists of the Zonal State Archive in Kobrin held a lesson for ninth graders at secondary school No. 9 in Kobrin.

The students were shown: a virtual tour of the archive; a presentation dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the archive; a video lesson “Filing cases using an archive-binding machine”. As a result of viewing which a live dialogue was launched. The guys actively asked questions on archival topics and received detailed answers from the archive staff.

At the end of the event, career guidance was conducted.
