A study of the concept of legal policy of the Republic of Belarus and the draft of a new concept of national security of the Republic of Belarus took place in the State Archive of the Minsk Region

October 18, 2023 under the leadership of the director The State Archive of the Minsk region Y.S. Romashko studied the concept of legal policy of the Republic of Belarus and the draft of a new concept of national security of the Republic of Belarus.

The concept of legal policy is a strategically important document in the development of the national legal system. The new document will make it possible to streamline all elements of the legal system, as well as to ensure unity of understanding of the content of regulatory legal acts in various departments and structural divisions.

The concept of national security is one of the fundamental documents of any modern state. The updated Concept identifies 9 main areas of national security: political, economic, scientific and technological, social, demographic, information, military, environmental, as well as a new one – biological.

New subjects of national security have appeared, first of all, the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly as a new constitutional body. The algorithm of actions of all subjects of national security to neutralize modern challenges and threats has been clarified.
