On the holding by employees of the State Archives of the Brest Region of a lesson timed to coincide with the Day of Knowledge, on the topic – «Belarus and I – a dialogue of peace and creation»

On September 1, 2023, the bell rang again in all schools in Belarus. The topic of the first lesson dedicated to the Day of Knowledge is «Belarus and I – a dialogue of peace and creation».

As part of the action «Archives for School», employees of the State Archives of the Brest Region Kalustova G.D. and Krishchenko V.O. held a lesson with 10th grade students of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No. 18 of Brest», during which, on the basis of archival documents, schoolchildren were told about the devastating consequences of the Great Patriotic War for the city of Brest, about the difficult period of the resumption of peaceful life, about the development of the city on the modern stage.
