On the continuation of the exhibition of archival documents on the history and development of the electoral system in the Republic of Belarus

On May 25, 2023, the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Theory and Practice of the Electoral Process» began its work in the Oval Hall of the Government House, organized by the National Assembly, the Central Election Commission (CEC), the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Republican Institute of Higher Education.

Within the framework of this forum, the exhibition «History of the development of the electoral system in the Republic of Belarus», prepared by the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus. The documents presented at the exhibition reflect the formation and development of the electoral system in our country.

On this day, the Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L.Voinov, Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus A.K.Demyanuk, archive workers took part in the exhibition.

The highest officials of our country, representatives of the deputy corps of the Parliament of the Republic of Belarus, heads of ministries and departments, participants of the international conference got acquainted with the exhibition.
