On May 12, 2023, the Zonal State Archive in Lida was visited by students of the 58-pp group of the Lida College of the Educational Institution Grodno State University. I. Kupala. A lesson of patriotic education was held for students on the theme «Symbols of sovereign Belarus», timed to coincide with the Day of the State Flag, the State Emblem and the National Anthem of the Republic of Belarus. The students were introduced and given a brief description of the State symbols of the Republic of Belarus (Coat of Arms, Flag, Anthem), and told about the history of their creation. Also, the students were recommended the information resource (website) «Official heraldic symbols of the Republic of Belarus», as a source of information to replenish knowledge about the heraldic symbols of our country.

A guided tour of the archives with visits to exhibitions was organized for the students.

The staff of the archive held a master class «School of a novice archivist» on the topic: «Preparing a case for storage in the archive».
