On the lecture on the genocide at the Research Institute of PB and Emergencies of the Ministry of Emergencies

On March 23, at the Research Institute of Fire Safety and Problems of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, a lecture was held by the head of the Publications Department of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, Candidate of Historical Sciences S.V.Kulinok.

In his speech, the speaker revealed the concept of «genocide», spoke about the main legal documents of Nazi Germany regarding the policy of extermination of the civilian population, and also dwelled in detail on the main forms and methods of implementing the practice of genocide in the occupied territory of Belarus. Separate parts of the lecture were devoted to the Khatyn tragedy and Aktion 1005, the Nazi operation to cover up the traces of their crimes.
