Lecture for students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus
On March 23, an open lecture was held at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus for 1st-2nd year students of the Institute of Management Personnel. Head of the Department of Publications of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, Ph.D. S.V. Kulinok spoke about the genocide of the population of Belarus during the Great Patriotic War.
At the beginning of the lecture, Rector of the Academy of Management V.V. Danilovich emphasized that thanks to the position of the Head of State and the leadership of the country, a lot is being done in the Republic of Belarus to preserve the memory of the events of the Great Patriotic War.
In his speech, S.V. Kulinok revealed the concept of «genocide», spoke about the main legal documents of Nazi Germany regarding the policy of extermination of the civilian population, and also dwelled in detail on the main forms and methods of implementing the practice of genocide in the occupied territory of Belarus. A separate part of the lecture was devoted to the Khatyn tragedy.
After the lecture, the speaker answered numerous questions from students.
