On March 22, 2023, a training seminar was held on the basis of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, organized by the Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archiving. Topic of the seminar: «New requirements for office work and archives».

Representatives of state archives, territorial (city and district) archives, clerical and archival services of state bodies, other organizations, in total – 18 people, took part in the seminar as listeners.

The workshop reviewed the changes made in 2022-2023. into legislative acts in the field of archiving and office work, problematic issues of practical application of the requirements of regulatory legal acts. Particular attention was paid to the organization of interaction between state archives and territorial archives and archives of organizations, as well as to the organization of archival storage of documents in electronic form.

The participants of the seminar highly appreciated the level of the event, emphasizing the importance and relevance of the issues discussed at the seminar, expressed gratitude to the lecturers and organizers for holding the seminar.

At the end of the seminar, the participants were awarded certificates of the corresponding sample.
