Visit of the director of the institution «State Archive of the Gomel Region» Sushchevich A.N. to the institution «State Archive of the Mogilev Region» as part of the exchange of experience

On December 8, 2022, the institution «State Archive of the Mogilev Region» (GAMOG) in the framework of the exchange of experience, the director of the institution «State Archive of the Gomel Region» (GAGom) Sushchevich A.N.

Director of GAMog Frolov S.A. and Deputy Director-Chief Custodian of Funds Tsalabanova L.N. conducted a tour of the archive for the guest, visiting the working rooms of specialists, a reading room, a laboratory for digitizing documents, and an archive depository. During the tour, colleagues were able to discuss practical issues on each of the activities of the archive, current problems and prospects for further professional development.

Following the results of the working meeting, the director of the GAGom Sushchevich A.N. expressed gratitude to the staff of the State Archive of the Mogilev Region for their hospitality and the opportunity to learn from positive experience.

In turn, the management and staff of the institution «State Archive of the Mogilev Region» were glad to host a colleague from Gomel. Such meetings allow both to improve the current work of archival institutions and to contribute to the development of the archival industry as a whole.
