On the holding of the seminar by the Institution «State Archive of the Mogilev Region»

On October 27, 2022, the State Archives of the Mogilev Region, together with the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, organized and held a seminar on the basis of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee for persons responsible for documentary support of management and the archive in the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, its structural divisions, as well as in rural executive committees.

In the light of the main changes in the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated November 25, 2011 No. 323-Z «On Archiving and Paperwork» and the implementation of legislative changes in by-laws, the seminar covered modern requirements for the organization of office work and the work of archives of state bodies and other organizations.

The seminar covered the issues of major changes to the Law and by-laws, organizational and legal support of the archive of the organization, the main requirements for the premises of the archive of the organization, as well as the procedure for developing, coordinating and approving the nomenclature of the organization’s files.
