On October 25, 2022, employees of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region took part in a meeting dedicated to the memory of the victims of fascism, which took place at the monument to the Komsomol members and youth of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Vitebsk, who died during the Great Patriotic War.
