The 55th anniversary of awarding the Mogilev Region with the Order of Lenin

July 8 marks 55 years since the Mogilev Region was awarded the Order of Lenin.

In accordance with the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR of July 8, 1967 the Mogilev Region was awarded “for active participation in the Partisan movement, courage and persistence shown by the workers of the Mogilev region in the fight against the Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War, and for the successes achieved in the reconstruction and development of the economy”.
