BelNIIDAD released Methodical Recommendations for acquisition of non-governmental records by the state archives of the Republic of Belarus

The Belarusian Research Institute of Records Management and Archival Studies (BelNIIDAD) released Methodical Recommendations for acquisition of non-governmental records by the state archives of the Republic of Belarus.

The guidelines have been developed in line with the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Archival Affairs and Records Management in the Republic of Belarus” and the Rules of Work of the State Archives of the Republic of Belarus. The guidelines determine a general approach to organizing the work of the state archives of the Republic of Belarus in the acquisition of records from non-governmental organizations, as well as on building legal relations between them. These are designed for use in the work of state archives and non-governmental organizations.
