G. Golovanov by Order N 350 of 19 November 2009 has confirmed the heraldic emblem of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n<p>The emblem represents a wax seal of brown colour with a stylized silver letter &#8220;A&#8221; in the center, consisting of three elements: an unrolled scroll of two sheets of paper joined at the top and intersected in the middle by a goose pen. Around the emblem is an inscription &#8220;DEPARTMENT FOR ARCHIVES AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT&#8221;. The emblem purposes to increase a prestige of the State Archival Service of the Republic of Belarus, to safeguard and develop its traditions, and to serve as a distinctive sign of the professional designation. The letter &#8220;A&#8221; of this configuration, used in the emblem, has become a unique brand and a symbol of high-skilled and selfless work in the state archives of the Republic of Belarus; this can be seen on the breastplate &#8220;The Honorary Archivist of Belarus&#8221;, confirmed by Order N 387 of the Minister of Justice of 10 April 2007. <\/p>\n<p>This heraldic emblem can be used on honorary diplomas and certificates of distinction issued by the Department; film, video and photographic materials, the printed, advertising and souvenir products commissioned by the Department, as well as in holding the events and celebrations. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus V.
