Electronic recordkeeping and preservation of electronic records\u201d for government authorities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 26 March 2019 the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Justice Ministry of the Republic of Belarus together with the Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Records on the basis of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus held a workshop for representatives of government authorities \u2013 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the central bodies of state administration and other government institutions subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees, the Prosecutor General\u2019s Office, the State Control Committee, the National Statistics Committee, the Investigative Committee, the State Forensic Examination Committee, the National Bank, the National Center of Electronic Services (over 70 representatives) on the topic <b>\u201cElectronic records. Electronic recordkeeping and preservation of electronic records\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/images\/novosti\/dep_26032019_1.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" title=\"Workshop \u201cElectronic record. Electronic recordkeeping and preservation of electronic records\u201d for government authorities\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>The workshop was opened by <b>O. A. Ledovskaya<\/b> \u2013 Deputy Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Justice Ministry. Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus <b>E. A. Stukanova<\/b> gave a welcome address to the participants.<\/p>\n<p>Director of the Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Records <b>V. L. Nosevich<\/b> delivered a lecture on the topic.<\/p>\n<p><center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/images\/novosti\/dep_26032019_2.jpg\" width=\"298\" height=\"400\" title=\"Viacheslav Nosevich \u2013 Director of the Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Records\" alt=\"Viacheslav Nosevich \u2013 Director of the Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Records\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>The workshop discussed changes in the normative legal acts in the sphere of electronic recordkeeping, specified the concepts of an electronic record and a record in electronic form, gave examples of technological aspects of creation, registration, sending\/receipt and filing of electronic records.<br \/>\nAt the center of attention was a step-by-step realization of the Plan of Actions for Archival Preservation of Electronic Records in the Republic of Belarus, adopted by First Deputy of Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus <b>A. G.
